Littlestown High School Mock Trial Team 

Littlestown is the only high school in Adams County that competes in PBA/YLD Mock Trial state-wide competition. For over six years, Matt Battersby has been coaching students to “think on their feet", analyse the facts and governing laws, formulate arguments, and present the case inside the prescribed rules of evidence that are all part of the Mock Trial “experience”! 

The competition, sponsored by the PA Bar Association, is an opportunity for more than 300 Pennsylvania high school students to act as lawyers and witnesses in fictitious civil and criminal trials before real-life judges and juries. The winning team goes on to represent Pennsylvania in a national competition.
