Our ratesOur rates are fair and affordable. Battersby charges a flat fee whenever possible and in all areas of our practice, for example standard (non-complex cases) such as a simple deed, wills, trusts, powers of attorney or a no-fault divorce where no minor children or property is involved.
More complex (non-standard) cases require a retainer from which we bill on an hourly basis. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
